The worst service I ever received.
They had one server for the whole
resteraunt. Ordered a pick 5 my wife
had a french dip. my pick 5 was wrong
(had fresh japs wanted stuffed japs).
they took my food away to fix, my
wife was done by the time mine came
back, and my food was cold when it
came back. I am a resteraunt manager
by profesion and they should have left
mine there and just brought me my
stuffed peppers. I understand that it
was easter sunday but they need to
make sure they are staffed. |

| We just moved into the hood a few months ago.My wife and I are always looking for places to dine out. I must say, there are a bunch of places on Hwy. 6. Unfortunely, for us, we haven't been to Black Jack's Grill. But as I was reading the reviews, I swear I could almost smell and taste the food. So I have decided on my wife's next day off we will certainly be visiting. But I don't know if I can wait that long. I just might drop in. Alone. In disguise.Ya'll wouldn't tell,would you? My family and I have usually had a great experience at you place until recently.
We normally had been served by Elda(I believe that was her name) she was great.
The young man that waited on us our last visit 2 weeks ago did far to much talking and not enough as our waiter.He served the food cold,forgot my daughter's order all together.
We usaully had a party of between 5 to 10 each of the times we visited.We spent between $80.00 to $130.00 plus.
But, after our last experience have all decided not to dine at your place in the future.
Sorry, but one bad time ruined it for us. |

I've been to your place once with my dad, and it was great. It would be even better if you guys purchased the College Gameplan from DirectTV for viewing parties for U of H and other college football games that aren't shown, such as Texas Tech. I saw some Texas Tech memorabilia in the display case and I also attended there in 1993. I live right by the bar/grill and I notice a "NOW HIRING" sign every time I drive by there. I have no restaurant experience, but I'm a quick learner who is in desperate need of a job. I'm also very outgoing and good with people. Love the place and you guys have great food and great beer. Awesome atmosphere! If you need any help let me know. I can also bring some neat sports memorabilia that I've collected all of my life and if the owner approves, we can add some more cool Houston or Texas sports items. Ok, so my wife and I had the pleasure of enjoying your wonderful Chicken Fried Steak this past weekend. Kudos, it was Heavenly. This was our third trip out to visit(we live clear across town in Alief) and, of course, it was an Absolutely Awesome experience!! Everything was Top Notch...Waitstaff was great (and VERY hard to ignore hehehe) the Atmosphere was Awesome and the overall Experience is one I will not soon forget. Y'all got a customer for life!!! Thanx for the Great time, see ya soon!

| I feel like family when I go to Blackjack's Grill. Try the ribeye steak sandwhich and the AWESOME Texas Bottlecaps! Wash down with an ice cold drink....mmmmm! It don't get better than that!!!! |

Had a GREAT Time last year for the Halloween/Birthday Party and again this year, sorry we had to leave early and missed the contest, but still had a GREAT Time. Thanks, Black Jacks is a wonderful place to eat, drink and mingle with friends. Your staff is one of the best around !!

I came to BJ's a couple of weekends ago with a friend. OMG we had the best time. Everyone there were so friendly and made us feel welcome. George the bartender there was the best. We will definetly be coming back real soon.  |
